• Market options to St. James via the Ship Shoal Pipeline System

East Cameron Gathering LLC owns a crude oil pipeline system located in federal waters in the East Cameron and Vermilion blocks in the Gulf of Mexico, approximately 100 miles south of Lafayette, LA.  This system was purchased from Energy XXI Pipeline II, LLC in 2015.

​Crude oil collected on this system is transferred at the pipeline's terminus in Vermilion Block 265 to Crimson Gulf, LLC's South Marsh Island and Central Gulf Gathering Systems.

PCA Minerals LLC was formed for the acquisition of over 45,000 mineral acres from Tenneco Packaging Corp. in 1997. The mineral acreage spans 17 counties throughout the state of Michigan and includes prolific geologic formations such as the A-1 Carb, Niagara, Artrim, Collinswood, and others.

Empire Deepwater LLC owns a crude oil pipeline system located in federal waters in the Grand Isle and South Timbalier blocks in the Gulf of Mexico, approximately 50 miles south of Fourchon, LA.  This system was purchased from Amberjack Pipeline Company LLC in 2016.

Crude oil collected on this system is delivered downstream to Amberjack's 24" pipeline.

Breton Sound Gathering LLC owns a 20-inch crude oil pipeline ~10.69 miles in length that originates at a subsea point in Breton Sound Block 2, located in St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana, and terminates at a subsea point in Main Pass Block 22, located in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana.

Breton Sound Gathering LLC was sold to Texas Petroleum Investment Company in December 2020.

Marks Explorer LLC participates as a non-operating working interest partner in oil and gas prospects.  Marks Explorer also generates and leases geologic prospects.  

The assets of International Corrosion were sold to Nexus Integrity Management, LLC.

Empire Paloma LLC owns shares in Paloma Pipe Line Company, which shares were acquired from Hunt Oil Company and JOC Venture in 2016. Paloma owns an interest in Whitecap Pipeline Company, L.L.C. and Ship Shoal Pipeline Company LLC. 

The Whitecap and Ship Shoal Systems deliver crude oil from federal and state waters off the Louisiana coast to terminals located onshore in Louisiana.

Harvest-Marks Pipeline, LLC owned a sixty-three (63) mile crude oil gathering system acquired from Chevron Pipe Line Company, which consisted of 7 pipelines in the Mississippi River Delta.
