Empire Deepwater LLC Acquires Pipeline System December 1, 2016
Empire Deepwater LLC, New Orleans, Louisiana, has acquired the British Borneo and Hickory pipelines from Amberjack Pipeline Company LLC. The pipelines, which are approximately 34 miles in length, service numerous offshore fields and are located approximately 50 miles south of Fourchon, Louisiana in the Gulf of Mexico. Empire Pipeline LLC will serve as operator for the system and will increase its office staff in New Orleans.
Empire Paloma LLC LLC Purchases Shares August 17, 2016
Empire Paloma LLC, New Orleans, Louisiana, has purchased shares in Paloma Pipe Line Company from Hunt Oil Company. Paloma owns an interest in Whitecap Pipeline Company, L.L.C. and Ship Shoal Pipeline Company. The Whitecap and Ship Shoal gathering systems collect crude oil from federal and state waters off the Louisiana coast and deliver the same to the St. James Terminal located in St. James Parish, Louisiana.
East Cameron Gathering LLC Acquires Pipeline System September 21, 2015
East Cameron Gathering LLC, New Orleans, Louisiana, has acquired the East Cameron Pipeline System from Energy XXI Pipeline II, LLC. The pipeline, which is approximately 39 miles in length, services several offshore fields and is located approximately 120 miles south of Lafayette, Louisiana in the Gulf of Mexico. Empire Pipeline LLC will serve as operator for the system and has increased its office staff in New Orleans.
